We have been living here for 6 years and have had some bad managers over the years but now We have a New management team and maintenance staff and they are really good. The management team takes time to listen to the residents about issues that come up and they address it. The new maintenance staff is badass. They work hard and do their best to fix things in a timely manner.

I've lived here for over 5 years. I had issues with maintenance until the new management took over. Then found my old work order and got everything fixed. It's absolutely amazing! Thanks Alex for everything!

Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy
I applied for an apartment and was approved the same day. Application process was simple and easy. The Staff/management are always accessible when an issue occurs. Affordable rent in a decent neighborhood.

Went touring with a cousin of mine and just wanted to give a shout out to John for the tour. It was nice to have a conversation with someone instead of the awkward silence like on most tours.

I just moved here and the apartment is everything we wanted and more. There is a spacious patio that is enclosed which is hard to find. John has been amazing and worked with us to get us in and have the apartment ready for us. I look forward to our stay here
