We have been here 3 days now and have had nothing but good experiences. The complex is always well tended to, the office staff is very friendly and we have always had a prompt response on our service requests. This is truly a complex that cared for it's residents.
I been living here for almost a year now, and I love it! Management is very friendly and welcoming and Maintenance is quick to complete repairs. Itâs an great location near everything. Property is quiet and clean I have had no issues.
Just signed my lease for another year. Had a little rough start the first couple of months when I first moved in because I had consistent issues with the A/C not working. Finally the new management gave the OK to have a new AC unit installed and its worked perfect since! No major complaints expect for parking!! Many residents with reserved spots save uncovered parking spots for other residents by parking Their car in the uncovered spot until the other resident returns and they swap parking spots and then return to their reserved spot which I totally feel is unfair because we constantly are looking for a spot and dread walking all the way from the dark back lots to our apartment. Also in the lease agreement it clearly states no vehicles are allowed to be stored on the property and have to be moved ever couple of days despite if tags are current. I have noticed since I've first moved in there are a handful of cars that have never moved and are thick with dirt and/or have car covers on them which are taking up precious parking for residents. These cars can be stored else where like the street on libby or the dark back parking lot. Otherthan that, I love living here. Never see police patroling the property. Very quiet at night. Neighbors are very respectful. Clean property. Love the dog park and playground in the back too.
I moved in just a month ago and I couldnât be happier! The management is very kind, the location is very ideal being so close to the freeway, malls, and food joints. This is definitely a place to check out!
I've been a resident here for over a year, the management here is very professional and nice, maintenance staff are very courteous and they do a good job fixing things when repairs are needed. The property is kept is great looking condition and its pretty quiet.
