One of the biggest highlights of this community is the staff. John is very responsive, respectful and genuinely cares about his residents. The maintenance man Alex makes sure work orders are handled efficiently and keeps the property looking very well maintained.

I’ve had such a positive experience working with Alex in the leasing office at Seventeen805 Apartments. From the very first interaction, Alex was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They made everything feel simple and stress-free, answering all my questions clearly and making sure I understood each step.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Alex, the Maintenance Supervisor at Seventeen805 Apartments. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Any time there’s been a maintenance request, Alex handles it quickly and makes sure the job is done right the first time.

I was at this property for about 6 years but had to leave due to personal issues about 9 months ago. During my time we saw different owners and several managers. When I left the manager was Jon and he was fantastic. Himself, the leasing agent at the time and maintenance were working hard to fix the property and make it a better place. The office staff was quick to help if I ever needed it. All in all it was a good place to call home and enjoyed my time here.

Devastated that we had to move. We absolutely loved this apartment. We were there for 3 years and wished we could stay longer. The location is so convenient and close to desert ridge. The covered parking is nice and we rarely had any issues with people parking in our spot. Maintenance was fantastic and the office is very responsive. The Management team here is awesome and it would not be wise for their corporate office to change anything here. 10/10 would recommend.
