I just moved in a month ago and John the manager made the process seamless any thing that was an issue was taking care of quickly it’s quiet and the neighbors are great. I’d recommend living here to anyone

I first toured this apartment with my realtor, and honestly, I wasn’t completely convinced at first. I was torn between this complex and another property about two miles away. I decided to drive by one more time to get a final look in personand that’s when I saw the renovated units. I immediately fell in love! All the units here have two bedrooms, and mine is upgraded. Now that I’m fully moved in, I can truly say it’s so spacious, full of potential, and feels like home. Everything is clean, beautifully renovated, and runs smoothly. I have to give a special shoutout to John . He was amazing in winning me over when I was literally about to choose the other apartment. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for. Even when it started raining during my visit, he arranged for a car to escort me back to the leasing office so I could finish my application. That level of courtesy and thoughtfulness really stood out to me. I’m so glad I chose this apartment complex. The staff’s care and professionalism, paired with the quality of the units, make it a place I’m proud to call home. Thank you, John, for making this such a positive experience!

Awesome staff

We were impressed with the apartment complex manager Jon(athan) Crawford who was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient when we stopped by to inquire about renting an apartment at "Seventeen 805". He is very personable and explained, in detail, the deals that were offered and gave us a comprehensive tour of the complex. We ended up renting here and we have been very happy with our decision. We highly recommend that you stop by to speak to Jon and to tour this complex!

Quiet, Respectful, Understanding

We just moved from California out to Arizona and Jon has been so helpful, the place is quiet, and clean. The maintenance guy is extremely nice and extremely helpful as well. It’s a very pleasant place to live. I feel extremely safe there as well. I highly recommend this apartment complex. It doesn’t just feel like a complex. It feels like home.

A very good place to live. I have been here almost 2 years and the staff and management has been nothing but helpful and friendly. It's also situated in a quiet neighborhood, right next to a school and close access to highways which I find very convenient.

Jon has been wonderful. I have been a resident here for almost 8 years. I have seen a lot of different management and 1 change in ownership and Jon sets himself apart. Great to communicate with and follows thru. The property has been getting a lot of updates and upgrades.

I've been at Seventeen 805 for a bit over 2 years. I really liked the hard-tiled floors in my unit. The best for pets, in my opinion. Also there is a retro feel to it. It reminded me of a place i rented in the 80s. It is an older apartment, but the construction is sturdy, up to, and including, the cabinets. Solid. Definately a recommend.
