I just want to start off by saying that this apartment complex is very friendly and quiet. Also, ALEX was very helpful with explaining everything about renting a unit to my understanding, he was also very patient with me and a kind person as so was Jon, so I recommend these apartment complex by far with amazing customer service. I’ve lived here for almost 2 years now, the previous management wasn’t the best but since John has been here so much has changed as far as communication and how the property looks. John is always quick to answer any questions I may have & the maintenance team has been a lot better as well! Thank you John & his team for making Seventeen805 beautiful and a great place to continue living here!

This complex seems to be well maintained and any problems are fixed so quickly. Jon in the leasing office is super helpful and is always polite

We are from Japan, and we truly feel so comfortable and happy here. The community is clean, affordable, and the location is perfect for us, with Paradise Valley High School right next door. It's also a great community for pets; our dog feels so at home here. Everything we need is just minutes away. Jhon is one of the kindest people I've ever met and was always there to help me. The maintenance crew is also excellent and quick to handle any issue. This is more than just an apartment; it's a home where we feel safe and cared for.
