Applying to Seventeen 805 Apartments was an incredibly smooth and stress-free experience. From start to finish, the process was clear, organized, and efficient. Alex was especially helpful , professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive throughout every step. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and I always felt informed and confident moving forward. It made what can usually be a complicated application process feel easy and seamless. Highly recommend Seventeen 805 Apartments, especially if you have the chance to work with Alex!

The move in process was so smooth. Both Jon and Alex were super nice and welcoming. The apartments complex is very quiet and clean. I am happy with my place!

I just want to start off by saying that this apartment complex is very friendly and quiet. Also, ALEX was very helpful with explaining everything about renting a unit to my understanding, he was also very patient with me and a kind person as so was Jon, so I recommend these apartment complex by far with amazing customer service. Happy to know they honor their promotions going on. THANK YOU !

I’ve lived here for almost 2 years now, the previous management wasn’t the best but since John has been here so much has changed as far as communication and how the property looks. John is always quick to answer any questions I may have & the maintenance team has been a lot better as well! Thank you John & his team for making Seventeen805 beautiful and a great place to continue living here!

This complex seems to be well maintained and any problems are fixed so quickly. Jon in the leasing office is super helpful and is always polite
