We moved in about two weeks ago, and so far this property has been amazing. When we first applied, we weren’t sure we’d get approved because of some issues from years ago, but the application and approval process was completely smooth and stress-free. On move-in day, there were a couple of things that needed fixing in the apartment, so we submitted maintenance requests. In less than 24 hours, Matthew came out and took care of everything quickly and professionally. He even went above and beyond by pulling weeds and raking our small backyard. So far, this has been a 5 out of 5 experience

Jonathan, community manager, at the 17805 apartment office was incredibly helpful and patient while answering all of my questions about billing and helping me navigate my mother’s move-in process. The staff at the 17805 apartment complex is always friendly, welcoming, and professional. I also really appreciate the timely text message updates and communication. That makes everything so much easier and stress-free.

Moved here with my son and my cat about a month ago. We love our new home so much! It has so much space and it cost the same as it did for my one bedroom, one bath apartment which is insane! I think we got an excellent deal here. I’m so glad we moved here. Jon and Alex are always so helpful when I call and we need something. They’ve both been super great from the beginning!

Jon and Alex were amazing getting my brother and I into this property!!! Probably some of the nicest Front Office team I've encountered. Looking forward to living here, property looks well kept, location is perfect, central A/C. Best bang for your buck for sure!! Thanks again Jon and Alex!

Jon has been an amazing manager and Alex has been such a great maintenance supervisor. I know some work orders are taking a second to get to, but it isn’t an emergency. Emergencies Alex always jumps on. The team does the best with what they have! They’re expanding their team so we expect things to get done a lot faster. Thank you guys for always doing the most for us as residents.
